工作描述
Job Description
? After the rotation in different functional departments for understanding of the company operation, the marketing trainee will receive comprehensive training on marketing related knowledge/skills;
? Assist brand leader in new product development project, lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage the NPD process from product concept to product sample development, production and supply feasibility verifying, value chain analysis and product commercialization;
? Assist brand leader in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including working with agencies to create campaign ideas/mechanism/content on brand owned social media and key digital platforms;
? Work with channel marketing team to launch various brand activities in sales channels including product sampling, trial, merchandising and promotion;
? Brand performance tracking, provide insightful business analysis and translate into the suggestions of marketing tactics.
Special Requirements
? Graduated from key universities, with bachelor or master degree majoring in Marketing /Advertisement/Communication or related areas, creative and proactive;
? With clear career plan in marketing, keen on marketing field, interested in food category, curious and insightful in food consumer behaviour, sensitive to consumer social language;
? Diligent and good learning agility, with approved school record would be a plus.
HR Trainee
